BRANKSOME BEACH AT THE HOTEL & CATERING SHOW

We are delighted to announce that our Head Chef Lionel Sene and former Branksome Beach Head Chef and Professional Masterchef winner, Steve Groves, will both be cooking at the Hotel And Catering Gala Dinner on March 16th 2010.

Held annually at the Highcliffe Marriot, this prestigious event showcases the best talents in the region. Steve will be preparing the starter for the dinner, the Head Chef of the Highcliffe Marriot will cook the main course, and Lionel  will then complete the dinner with a signature dessert.
